Images:
When you upload a conversation screenshot through the App, the image is temporarily processed on your device for text extraction via on-device OCR (Optical Character Recognition). We do not store or transmit your images to third parties without your consent.
Extracted Text:
The text extracted from your uploaded image is used solely to generate a response through the OpenAI API. This text is sent to OpenAI's servers to obtain a tailored pickup line and is not stored permanently by Chispa.AI.
Usage Data:
We may collect information about how the App is accessed and used, such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs, to improve app performance and user experience. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process uploaded images using on-device OCR for text extraction.
- To send the extracted text to the OpenAI API for generating relevant pickup lines.
- To improve the App, fix bugs, and enhance user experience based on usage data.
3. Data Storage and Security
On-Device Processing:
Images and extracted text are processed on your device first. Images are not stored permanently on our servers.
Data Transmission:
Extracted text is transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate a response. We rely on secure HTTPS connections for this communication.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

OpenAI:

Google ML Kit:
The App uses Google ML Kit for on-device OCR, which processes data locally on your device. No personal data is sent to Google servers during this process.
Other Services:
